Relate on Purpose
Nonfiction Essay & Editorial Project • in developmentLife is something we experience. Relationships are something we practice.
Relate on Purpose is an ongoing exploration of how we relate—to one another, to ourselves, and to the lives we’re trying to build.
Through a growing series of topic-focused essays—many of which began as visual essays on Instagram—I weave personal narrative, cultural criticism, accessible research, and my own reflections to examine the habits, histories, expectations, losses, and choices that shape our relationships and affect our inner lives.
I'm not interested in tidy answers or "perfect" relationships. I'm interested in taking my own mistakes, setbacks, triumphs, and false starts and transforming what I’ve learned from them into something practical.
Together, we can communicate more clearly, understand ourselves better, repair what can be repaired, accept what can’t, and learn how to live and relate with greater intention.
